Been here when I was a kid and I gotta say nothing has changed. It's a good place where you wanna relax and enjoy the weekend out wit your family. 5 stars becuz it's a really good camp ground for kids. There is a pool area and they sometimes do fun events like laser tag or dancing and all that. It's a nice place
This place is amazing. I love this Place. The neighbors are very nice. the owner is a very nice guy. Everyone around here is friendly. Even I was in the woods I was still having full service on my phone. And a very nice and clean pool.
Oh my gosh what a great place. The owner and staff very friendly and helpful. This was our first time here and we already have plans to return next year. Everything was so clean. Really can't say enough about the campground.
Stayed at the campground for a couple days out of our week reservation. We left early, risking a significant refund, as our experience was soo poor. Started with being promised a 50a site, we arrived after hours as arranged with camp staff per website to be placed in a 30a site. Next morning owner attempted to tell me it was safe to run my rv off 30a when it is 50a and that they had 50a available and placed me "incorrectly" and that I could relocate. I being in town for a short period and having family business to attend thanked owner for assistance placing me correctly and continue to try and enjoy my time. The owner then proceeded to harass the two different guests I had visit, of which both were direct family, and ended with the owner telling me "enjoy your visit and see him in the morning to discuss their visitor policy," as if I were throwing parties or being disruptive to other guests when my family just sat, watched tv, had coffee and dessert. He even did a drive by of my camp site after dark shining lights on my rig to check on us... Other than the poor staff interactions, the facilities are outdated and could use a hefty reinvestment. Most sites are occupied by seasonal renters who probably haven't moved their RV's in 15 years. Do yourselves a favor, cancel reservations if you've already made them and book at the KOA Delaware Water Gap in Stroudsburg, PA. They were tall glass of water after dealing with these jerks.
I've been visiting several campsite around the area with many good experiences. My girlfriend and I decided to give this place a shot. Needless to say after paying for a cabin rental we still had to pay $5 dollars extra per child. Then $5 dollars extra for a Halloween party? The owner experience we had wasn't to pleasant, I will take my business else where me and my family will never return there..!
